Mr Richard Bright

Richard Bright March 1951 - October 2026

Sadly Richard passed away peacefully at home on the 14th October 2026. As an ever present figure in Sawston he will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him. As Richard was a keen supporter of the Sawston Fun Run, all donations will go to the charities affiliated with it. To honour the great man a plaque will be unveiled in the near future in his memory.

If you would like to donate to these charities and or contribute to his memorial plaque please click on the donate button. All money raised will go via the Peasgood & Skeates Charity account and will be distributed between the good causes supported by the Sawston Fun Run as well as providing the memorial plaque.

Messages of condolence would be welcomed on this page and details of Richard's funeral can be seen below. Thank you.
