BROWN, WILLIAM CHARLES

Of Cambridge.

Passed away peacefully at home on Thursday 9th July 2026, aged 87 years.

Dearly loved father to Oliver, Emily and Charlotte.

Treasured grandfather to Lucy, Jack, Rosie, Charlie, Solomon, Elliot and Lauren, and great-grandfather to Sienna, Tommy and Ivy.

William will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

As William was well known and much loved around Cambridge, all are warmly welcome to attend the funeral service, to be held on Thursday 6th August 2026 at St Giles' Church, Cambridge, at 2.00 pm, followed by a private family committal.

Following the service, everyone is welcome to join the family for refreshments at The Punter, where tea, coffee and cake will be served.

In true William fashion, the family welcome the wearing of bright colours.
