We will miss our good friend and neighbour, Phyllis. She was such a lovely, kind person, always keen to help others and never wanting to be a burden in any way. Living so close to each other was very useful as Phyllis would cat-sit for us when we were away and she often popped over for a cuppa or a glass of wine (on a Sunday evening). We exchanged knitting patterns and it was Phyllis who showed me how to grow my favourite summer flower, the Rudbeckia. Rest in peace now Phyllis.
