Juvenile Arthritis Research is a charity making a difference to the lives of those affected by juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). We are a parent- and patient-led charity with direct experience of JIA and rely on the support of our volunteers. JIA is an autoimmune condition where the body attacks the joints causing inflammation, pain and reduced mobility.

Alzheimers research fund a broad range of research projects to understand dementia and drive us towards better diagnosis, preventions and treatments. 

The charity supports the hospital and its patients by funding four key areas: rebuilding and refurbishment, support for families and children, research into children's health and life-saving medical equipment.
