I have had the pleasure of knowing Malcolm from my earliest memories through my father, David Miller. Malcolm and David were best of friends from childhood in Doncaster, playing rugby together and then sharing a flat when they moved down to London. Our families continued to meet up most years and I used to love our visits to his house, walking the dog and Malcolm's wonderfully dry sense of humour. It is has been an absolute privilege to have known Malcolm and his family in this way over the years. I am sure both Malcolm and David would not want us be sad about their departing; I can visualise them now getting another drink in for old times sakes :)
