Privileged to have known Peter over the last 14 years through his dedication to Bishop's Stortford College and the OS Community. The epitome of a gracious gentleman whose warm nature and infectious sense of humour always lifted the spirits of all in his company. So many happy memories to reflect on and to be thankful for. Peter will be so greatly missed but never forgotten, may he rest in peace.

Peter was a perfect gentleman, always kind, helpful with great sense of humour, he made friends with all walks of life. I remember when my daughter worked at Carr & Burys, Peter would often pop in late in the afternoon and although he occasionally pressed the wrong buttons on the till, causing a bit of chaos cashing up at the end of the day. his warmth & laughter made it worthwhile. I am so sorry to hear of your passing, Peter. I remember very fondly working as a Saturday girl for you in Carr and Bury for several years in the late 1990s. You were delighted to know that I was at Herts and Essex and had also attended St. Joseph's, just like your daughters! Overwhelmingly, I remember you as a kind man, who always made me smile, and I was lucky to have my first experience of work in such a friendly, welcoming environment. I can still hear your voice today saying good morning to customers so wonderfully! I pray for your soul and I pray for strength for your family at this difficult time.
