We were so sorry to hear the sad news about Malcolm. I have fond memories of the times we spent together at the start and, particularly the end of our careers, as we planned our "escape" together. He really was was one of the good guys, always seeing the best in people and willing to help anyone who needed it. RIP Malcolm.
