Gordon David Baker, born on 6 August 1941 in Fulham, London, was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, great-uncle, and brother-in-law.

He worked as a Marketing Manager at Barclays Financial Services for nearly 30 years, following 10 years of playing trumpet in his own jazz band.

Gordon enjoyed watching cricket, football, and horse racing from his armchair with a glass of wine in hand. He spent three years as part of the project team fundraising for the construction of Barkway’s village sports pavilion.

He loved to travel with his beloved wife, Janis, and together they visited over 25 countries.

He was well-loved by everyone who met him and will be deeply missed by many.

Total collected to date: £608.73
