Chris received her shock diagnosis of Acute Myeloid Leukaemia at the beginning of July 2024 and sadly lost her battle with it after just 3 months.
Her body went through a lot and it just couldn’t fight the last bout of infections.
She was hospitalised that whole time at UCLH’s Grafton Way building, which is a specialist centre for haematological (blood) cancers.
Her family is thankful for the care and treatment she received by all staff there. May Chris rest in peace.
